What areas does Jacobs Land Management serve?

Jacobs Land Management proudly serves the entire CSRA region, including Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, North Augusta, and surrounding communities in Georgia and South Carolina. Our crews handle both residential and commercial properties across the area.

Do you offer free quotes/ estimates?

Yes! We provide free on-site consultations and estimates for all new landscape, hardscape, and maintenance projects. You can easily request one by filling out our online form or calling our office at 706.364.3004.

How do I request a quote or site visit?

You can request a quote by filling out our online contact form or calling our office directly. Once we receive your request, a project manager will reach out to schedule a site visit. During this visit, we’ll assess your property, take measurements and photos, discuss your vision, and gather the details needed to prepare your proposal.

How long after my site visit will it take to receive my proposal?

Typically, within three weeks* of your site visit, a project manager or design expert will email you an outline containing the scope of work, a plant and materials list, and a pricing proposal. 
Please note that the turnaround time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround time is subject to change due to various factors, including landscape design and drawings, plant and material sourcing and availability, and current project volume and seasonal demand. 

What is the next step after I  accept my proposal?

After accepting your proposal, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your landscaping project is required to reserve your spot. Once the deposit has been paid, you will be added to our work list and we will begin sourcing the necessary materials. A project manager will reach out and provide an anticipated start window. This projected start date is tentative and subject to change due to weather, material availability, current project volume, or other circumstances beyond our control. When it gets closer to your window, your project manager will be in touch to firm up a time frame. 

How can I pay my invoice?

Invoices can be paid online, by mail, or directly through our office. We accept checks, ACH transfers, and all major credit cards. A 3% fee is added to all credit card transactions.

Can I make changes after accepting a proposal?

Yes. However, please be aware that changes to the design, plant selection, or materials after proposal acceptance will affect the project cost and timeline. Your project manager will review all adjustments with you before proceeding and provide an addendum, or new contract.  

Do you provide any guarantees or warranty?

Yes. Jacobs Land Management provides a one-year warranty on all parts, materials, and labor for installation work, including landscape, irrigation, and hardscape projects. Our warranty covers defects in artistry or materials under regular use and conditions during the first year after installation.
